Grow is a prenatal, postpartum, and women’s wellness collective, located in Oconomowoc, WI, where we bring together a variety of holistic services under one roof so you can find the care you need in one nurturing space. It is a space created to support mothers through every stage from preconception to pregnancy and beyond, because for us, postpartum is forever.
Our services in the collective include chiropractic care, massage therapy, yoga, maternal mental health care, pelvic floor pt, integrative health, community acupuncture, and elective 3D/4D ultrasound. Massage
Our massage therapist offers intentional, calming care designed to support women through every stage of life. Using a blend of Swedish and therapeutic techniques with light to medium pressure, each session is tailored to your unique needs. From easing the changes of pregnancy to restoring balance in everyday life, our certified prenatal therapist provides a gentle space to relax, release, and renew.

Yoga
We have a lovely mixture of classes available - Pelvic floor & core, slow flow, mindful mama, and restorative yoga.
