As a Reiki Master Teacher and Canine Massage Therapist, Judy Maurer has worked with many types of animals.

In her Reiki Practice, Judy has treated animals who were recovering from orthopedic injuries; animals who have experienced trauma and stress, as well as animals with various medical problems.

Judy has been assisting her animal clients in getting in touch with their inner wisdom and innate self-healing powers by using Reiki and Massage Therapy to reduce stress and improve overall health in mind, body, and spirit. Her practice, is focused on the use of Reiki in intuitive healing and communication and the use of Massage Therapy to help maintain body balance and movement and increase the animal's whole body awareness.

Judy teaches Equine, and Small Animal Reiki courses and offers Reiki Attunements to people wanting healing energy and wishing to incorporate these skills into the holistic care of their animals.

Judy currently provides Canine Massage and Trigger Point Therapy to many competing dogs in the New England area as well as to local area family pets.

Judy has studied Canine Massage Therapy under the direction of Jean-Pierre Hourdebaigt, R.M.T., Bancroft School of Massage’s certification for Small Animal Massage and Equi-Myo’s Certification for Canine Trigger Point Therapy. She holds an MBA, is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master Teacher, and is a LPN.

She is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, American Massage Therapy Association, International Association of Reiki Practitioners, American Dog Owners Association, Doberman Pinscher Club of America, and the United Doberman Club.
